SHIPPING/ DELIVERY

Please allow up to 4-7 business days for all orders to be received and processed, dependent upon the volume of orders we are currently experiencing.

Once order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with order details and tracking number. 

Please note, that an order may come in several different packages because all of our products are shipped from our partnered factories and fulfillment centers in the United States and Asia.

Please also note that some of our products are pre-order and still in production, hence some will take longer to ship than others. Orders generally take 10-30 business days (Monday- Friday) to be received, weekends and holiday not included. As with many businesses worldwide, We are currently experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19.

We are not liable for any extended wait time on your purchase. We however, work closely with all our partners to minimize this occurrence as much as possible. All sales are FINAL. Please keep this in mind as some packages take longer to ship than others.

Shipping times on International and custom orders may vary. 

Please note, some items are one of one, custom-made items, and as such, the shipping time may be longer to allow for production. This is the case for some home décor items and our custom-tailored clothing, such as the Audre Exclusive Line.
