Refund policy

 REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES 

Audre offers exchange only. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving package. If you don't return the item(s) within the time frame, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

Items must be unworn and unwashed. To complete your exchange, please send an email to info@shopaudre.ca with:

1. Your order number

2. The item(s) you wish to return and the reason. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange, based on the condition of the item(s). 

ALL (white) merchandise and sale items will be FINAL SALE, NO REFUND OR   EXCHANGES. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

RETURN ITEM(S)

Buyers will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final, we do not accept returned sale items or offer exchanges. 


DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCEPTIONS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
